Learning, unlearning: one idea at a time
Continuous learning for curious minds.
I don’t have all the answers. Most weeks, I’m just trying to figure it all out—work, life, staying off my phone more than I’m on it.
That’s what this newsletter is: a place where I share the things I’m learning as I go. Sometimes it’s about relationships or parenting. Other times, it’s a geek out into how brands like Calm or WWE tell their stories. It’s all over the place, but that’s kind of the point.
Be well informed, instead of first informed.
The Learning Curve is sent out every two weeks. Instead of desperately trying to beat social media to breaking news stories, I focus on depth, context, and expert opinion.
Sent to your inbox, algorithm-free, and away from attention-sapping apps.

I used to think the goal was balance: work, family, hobbies, all in perfect harmony. But things don’t really work like that, do they?
So now, I think of it as a curve: always learning, always adjusting. This newsletter started as my way of figuring things out. Writing down what’s working, what’s not, and what I’m still trying to get better at.
Turns out, a lot of people are on the same curve. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
